Know the numbers behind the opportunity.

Business and financial analysis that sizes markets, maps competitors and pressure-tests your plan before you commit capital.

Big moves need a clear business case.

Big moves like a new market, an acquisition or a product line need a clear business case. Without one, you're betting on instinct and hoping the numbers follow.

I size the opportunity, map where you stand against competitors and stress-test the assumptions under the plan. You see the realistic upside, the main risks and how to hedge them before any capital is committed.

  • The real size of the opportunity
  • Where you stand against competitors
  • Which business lines drive value
  • The risks, and how to hedge them

The decisions I help you make.

Before capital is committed, these are the questions a board will ask. I make sure you have the answers.

Bring your question
  1. 01

How big is this opportunity, really?

  2. 02

Where do we stand against competitors on price, product and perception?

  3. 03

Which business lines are driving value, and which are dragging?

  4. 04

Does the business case hold up under realistic assumptions?

  5. 05

What are the main risks, and how do we hedge them?

One plan tested against several futures.

Scenario modeling shows how the business case holds up when the assumptions move, so the decision rests on a range instead of a single hopeful number.

Forecasting uptake for a new treatment

The challenge

A pharmaceutical team preparing a launch needed to know which physician specialties would adopt first, and how insurance coverage would change uptake.

What we did

Analyzed a physician survey across four specialties, built AI Personas from the data to explore questions the survey never asked, and modeled projected share under four coverage scenarios, showing share roughly halving as access tightens.

Betting on instinct versus a tested case.

The five tools I bring, and what changes when they sit under the decision.

Betting on instinct A business case built on evidence
Market Sizing A figure pulled from a report A size built from demand drivers you can trace
Competitive Assessment A list of names Where you stand on price, product and perception
Drivers & Barriers Assumed reasons to buy What moves customers, and what holds them back
Scenario Modeling One hopeful number The case tested under realistic assumptions
Integrated Intelligence Separate reports that disagree Diverse data points connected into one cohesive story

What is an opportunity assessment?

It is a 3 to 4 week engagement that sizes the market, identifies the demand drivers and ends with a clear go / no-go recommendation, so you know whether an opportunity is worth pursuing before you commit capital.

What does a competitive intelligence review include?

Competitor profiles, a positioning map, and the threats and openings they reveal, delivered in 3 weeks. It shows where you stand on price, product and perception.

Can you review a business case we already have?

Yes. The Business Case Review stress-tests your assumptions, builds a scenario model and a risk register, in 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you work on acquisitions and new product lines?

Yes. A new market, an acquisition or a product line all need a clear business case, and the same tools apply: market sizing, competitive assessment and scenario modeling.

What does it cost?

Fees are fixed and agreed upfront. A Strategy Sprint typically runs $10,000 to $25,000 and a Strategy Program $25,000 to $70,000. Research costs such as survey panels are passed through at cost.
